Elements of
the MFC
- attendance of at
least 7 days of other recognized NLP trainings
- attendance of the
"8-minute-Interview" seminar and supervision
- written proof of
at least 10 interviews after the seminar done well, at least three of
them documented by video
- written analyisis
of at least one interview including suggestions for selection and leadership
of this person
