Coaching is a process and solutions orientated approach in consulting for your private and professional topics. While your personal goals are in the foreground of our work, your personal history will be relevantly integrated.
Topics typically are leadership conflicts, team issues, career development, organisations development, questions on meaning, values and work life balance.
Methodologically several approaches can be used (NLP & NLPt, EMDR, dynamic grouptherapy and groupdynamic, psychodrama and mediation). You profit from my decades of experience as manager, coach, trainer, businessmediator, health psychologist and teaching psychotherapist.
the first conversation has two parts :
- part A 25 min: here we get to know each other and stablish that we can work together on a level of mutual trust. This part is free of charge if the part then ends from your or my side.
- part B 60 - 90 min: here we already work intensively on your topic.
!!! Our conversations are legally protected by the discretion provisions of the Austrian federal psychology law !!!
The number of session cannot seriously be predicted. From a long term perspective most topics can succesfuly be covered in 3-20 coaching sessions (120 min.).
Financial logistics:
Analog to the Austrian laywers scheme (RATG) per started double hour (120 min ) € 225,- plus 20 % VAT are billed.
