You are shortlisted for
an interesting top job in a new or in your current company.
What you have to pass now with flying colours is an Asessment Center (AC) or
Development Center (DC).
ACs and DCs all have the comparable structure. They give the AC/DC observers
– partly external consultants, partly company personell - the chance to
evaluate your performance in differentiated realistic simulations.
What to get prepared
for:
- email, time and information management simulations
- team leadership and group negotiation simulations
- negotiations with ambivalent contexts and hidden agendas
- telephone conversations with complex background
- impromptu business & strategy presentations
- personal interviews
For all that and more we can get you prepared and bring out the best of you!
Timing – when to start:
We need start to communicate
with you preferably at least 2 months before the AC/DC.
Preparation structure:
- provide us with we first
hold an initial interview to assess your levels
- then together with you we formulate the work plan and our contract
- working language is English or Deutsch
- we only take one candidate per company/AC/DC
- all information you is protected by the strong Austrian psychology discretion
laws
Your investment:
Our first interview to establish your level is free of charge. For the contract
we charge EUR 700,- + VAT as a registration fee, consultants fees are EUR 1.000,-
per half day plus VAT.
3 - 6 half days are the norm for a good preparation. Additional homework may
be required from you.
